We are a professional Architecture and Engineering company, formed by a multidisciplinary team with extensive professional experience, which has been recognized by the Ministry of Science and Innovationas innovative SME, and by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce through ENISA as Emerging STARTUP Company.


HHIT has three granted patents, two in 2024, and a fourth in process, all in the field of chemical and biological air decontamination. Two of these projects have been funded by the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office. If you need more information you can contact info@hhit.es.

UVGIHIT is a patented system that protects people from high-intensity ultraviolet radiation when applied to the air. It takes up minimal space and provides permanent protection. It does not depend on the status of additional particle retention filters or their periodic replacement. It is used to decontaminate the indoor air of buildings and is installed in:

  • Air recirculation units.
  • Air grilles in existing duct networks, without modifying their normal operation.

We are currently working on the project FOCUS-1% in order to improve the indoor air quality in existing buildings in urban environments, which have old or deficient ventilation networks, or which do not have them, and where it is difficult or very expensive to install them.. We have collaboration agreements with the following organizations:

The ICCL is a benchmark in this sector within the Autonomous Community of Castile and León and is comprised of three universities, eight professional associations, and other organizations. Given that building ventilation is currently regulated by specific regulations, it is necessary to verify that the results obtained by the innovative project provide similar or better results than those legally required.

On September 30, 2024 we signed with the UNIVERSITY OF BURGOS the COLLABORATION AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESEARCH PROJECTS THAT REQUIRE THE USE OF A DEVICE "LOW PRESSURE CHAMBER FOR TESTING AN AEROSOL TREATMENT DEVICE" that will use one of our patents for the necessary laboratory tests.
